Yoga is an amazing complement to the Rolfing process. Through private sessions or in a classroom setting, Yoga is a way to maintain and improve the alignment process the Rolfing work begins. Dr. Ida Rolf herself, the founder of Rolfing, pulled many lessons from her life long study of yoga to create the Rolfing series. Yoga and Rolfing place equal importance on awareness, breath, space, and alignment for bodily comfort and mental happiness.

We offer private yoga sessions to our clients. Together, we create a personal yoga practice tailored to your needs. While stretching and asana recommendations are common in a Rolfing session, a private yoga session provides an opportunity to go into detail exploring the most gratifying and successful combinations for your body. Our goal is to empower our clients with exercises and meditations that feel powerful for the spirit and safe for the body.
Small group classes are available for up to four people.
The cost is $130 per class (50 min) or $180 per class (70 min). Packages are available.
Allison Benner completed her first teacher training in Anandpursahib, India in 2005 and her second training in Denver with Axis Yoga in 2009. She is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher, Hatha Yoga teacher, and Certified Rolfer at Highlands Wellness Center.
