Noura has been studying Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy since 2018. She has apprenticed and trained in the shamanic arts, herbalism, holistic healing and somatics. Her own trauma brought her to this work where she realized that by learning to work with our pain and not against it, we transform that pain into vitality. Amidst the demands of our modern world, Noura offers regulating touch, stillness, and presence; ingredients which support the body's innate healing ability. Her sessions are a reprieve from the patterns that keep us working over-time, helping you rewire the nervous system and restore your ability to meet the challenges of life. Noura is trauma-informed so she has the capacity to create a safe environment to help you renegotiate patterns on a deep level (which are often rooted in attachment or relational imbalances). Her work can help with chronic states of stress and anxiety, physical pain, emotional burdens or spiritual questions you may be exploring. She has a real joy for working with kids. As an artist, she understands life as a creative unfolding, encouraging those she meets to see themselves as a part of this natural process.
Noura's unique approach:
As a biodynamic craniosacral therapist, contemplative self-expression coach, and artist, Noura has both a zest and deep grounded-ness in her approach. Time and time again she has compassionately witnessed both herself and others through the self-discovery process and is wholly dedicated to providing spaces for this process to unfold. Noura loves offering people an opportunity to ponder the great question of Who We Are and how we can express that as a living being. By supporting the health of the nervous system and freeing the mind-body from limiting patterns, we begin to experience our true nature and life can be lived with more agency, freedom, clarity, compassion, and curiosity.
As a practitioner, she is knowledgeable and humorous. She believes deeply in inclusivity and helping her clients feel held, safe and empowered, both in a healing session and out in the world.
She studied at Colorado School of Energy Studies and The Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism. She is a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST).
In her down time, you can find her creating art, writing, enjoying time with friends and spending time in nature.
Noura's office is located in the Highlands Wellness Center. Highlands Wellness offers its clientele a diverse community of therapists. Due to the interconnected nature of physical and emotional health, both Rolfing and Craniosacral therapy are excellent ways to support and often accelerate other health endeavors and healing modalities. Noura encourages the use of multiple healing modalities as a path towards sustainable change.
