It's important to note that yoga therapy sessions are custom tailored to each individual client's specific concerns and needs. This ensures that each session is focused on addressing the specific goals and needs of the client, resulting in the most effective and efficient treatment possible.

  • Sessions are 50 or 70 minutes ( in-person or virtual )
  • Small group classes available for up to 3 people.
  • The cost is $130 per class (50 min) or $180 per class (70 min). Packages are available.
